What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you find that you need or want to return a product, please call us at (909) 274-7700 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to include with your return.
Please note: HISTOLABUSA.COM is not responsible for lost returns.
Products may be returned for a refund minus any shipping if they are returned within 14 days of purchase date (only if the seal has not been removed from the product).
Due to Covid-19 and the safety of our staff, any and all open products are not refundable and are considered as final sale.
All damaged or defective products will be replaced immediately at no charge. HISTOLABUSA.COM will enclose a prepaid return label along with the product replacement.

When will my Histolab order ship, and how long will it take to get delivered?
All shipments are sent Monday through Friday every week, excluding major holidays.
We aim to provide the best service by processing and shipping each order within one day of being placed.. Thus, deliveries can be expected to arrive within no later than three business days.
