Anyone can sign up to become a Histolab VIP. Just go to the bottom of our website and look for “Join Our Mailing List To Become a Histolab VIP". Just enter your information, click “Subscribe Now” and you’re all set!

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you find that you need or want to return a product, please call us at (909) 274-7700 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to include with your return.

Please note: HISTOLABUSA.COM is not responsible for lost returns. Our Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly from HISTOLAB USA. If you have purchased our products through authorized retailers or third-party platforms, please refer to their respective return policies.

Unopened/unused products may be returned for Store Credit, minus any shipping costs, if they are returned within 14 days of purchase date (seal must not be removed from the product).

Due to Covid-19 and the safety of our staff, any and all open products are not refundable and are considered as final sale.

All damaged or defective products will be replaced immediately at no charge. HISTOLABUSA.COM will enclose a prepaid return label along with the product replacement.

When will my Histolab order ship, and how long will it take to get delivered?

All shipments are shipped Monday through Friday every week, excluding major holidays. 

We aim to provide the best service by processing and shipping each order within one to three days of being placed.
